Bay Pavilions is a new art, aquatic and leisure centre in Batemans Bay for Eurobodalla Shire Council, designed by NBRS in collaboration with DPA, and being delivered by ADCO Constructions. The project is situated in a unique site, surrounded by the beautiful Clyde River and wetlands, and immediately adjacent to Batemans Bay town centre.

The new development had a number of complex environmental constraints that have been carefully resolved in the completed design. The facility embraces the natural environment whilst maintaining the ecological sensitivities and incorporating key sustainability initiatives, such as sustainably sourced timber, maximising natural light, low energy and water consumption fittings and a large PV solar array.

A fantastic new cultural hub for Batemans Bay and Eurobodalla Shire residents and visitors, this facility sensitively embraces its natural environment and welcomes all members of the community.
