A New Lifesaving Club for Aspendale, Victoria

NBRS are pleased to be working with the City of Kingston Council and 2 Construct on the new Aspendale Life Saving Club.

Replacing the existing club to meet current standards from Life Saving Victoria, the new design reconnects the club to other public facilities, engaging with a coastal boardwalk to create a series of spaces which provide necessary life saving supervision, first aid and training room as well as other amenities.

The architecture presents both the robustness and durability required for an exposed beachside location, whilst still embodying a pleasant and functional space for the entire Aspendale community to enjoy.

We anticipate the new facilities for Aspendale will invigorate the whole community, giving them additional opportunities for gathering, and will create many new memories at their favourite local meeting place.
