On the morning of Friday May 21, NBRS gathered to host our own 'Australia's Biggest Morning Tea'. Raising money for the Cancer Council NSW, we had 9 keen bakers contribute to a delicious (and very chocolate filled!) morning tea. NBRS pledged to match donations from the morning tea, and as a result we raised $950.

As a part of this morning tea, we also held our annual NBRS Bake Off, to crown the best baker of the year! We were excited to bring back this tradition, after a year off during Covid. This year Stefanie Weber took home the top gong, with her crowd favourite, Madeline’s. Well done to all who baked and donated to a fantastic cause.
