Harmony Week 2021

Each year we celebrate Harmony Week at NBRS to recognise, celebrate and share our diverse team. This year, we organised several activities for Harmony week, including a morning tea, Harmony themed trivia and also launched our Annual Photography Competition on the theme of “Finding Harmony”. With over 23 different cultures, countries and languages represented at NBRS, it was great to see everyone come together to create the NBRS Diversity map at our morning tea.

At NBRS we strive for diversity across all aspects of our business. Our projects and communities we design spaces for, are as diverse as our team. We look forward to creating more opportunities for our diverse team to come together throughout the year and aim to create a more inclusive, safe and supportive workplace for everyone.
