NBRS are excited to launch our 'Future Leaders Program' this week. This year-long program is designed to recognise and inspire high-performing individuals at NBRS by developing their leadership skills and capabilities. The program will provide a platform to our participants to expand their circle of influence and will serve as a catalyst for future growth.

Having conceptualised and brought this program to life, People and Culture Lead Shumaila Ali adds, “This program is designed to take the guesswork out of leadership. We have launched this program at NBRS to equip our future leaders with the tools and skills that are not generally taught in architecture and design schools but are essential for them to grow personally and professionally.”

For the inaugural program, we have nominated 15 team members to participate. We look forward to seeing this initiative in action and sharing some of the successes from the participants as they progress through their leadership journey.
