R U OK Day 2021

Today is R U OK? Day. A day of action dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the day to ask, “Are you OK?” and support those struggling with life. This year's message is 'Are they really ok?'

At NBRS, we are continuing our journey towards a mentally healthy and supportive workplace and have recognised R U OK? this year through a week full of virtual activities and programs.

Our aim during this week is to inspire and encourage our team to meaningfully connect with their family, friends, loved ones and with each other and feel confident to start a conversation with anyone who may be struggling.

It’s not always easy to keep the conversation going when someone says they’re not OK, but it could change a life.
