NBRS is elated to win the 2022 AIA Best in Practice Award. The Best in Practice Prize recognises excellence in developing a supportive and inclusive workplace and contributing to the overall success and elevation of a positive, future-focused workplace culture in Architecture.

With a people-first approach, we continue to look forward in challenging the industry with progressive initiatives such as our 9-day Fortnight, which allows our team to have a greater work life balance. Everybody at NBRS has contributed to our incredible culture and has played in our ongoing success through their hard work and dedication.

Our designs put people and the community first. We seek and produce successful projects that revolve around the well-being of community. These projects will help shape peoples lives through education, socialisation, health, and community. Many of our projects are regional and in areas affected by recent environmental challenges. Our projects bring wellbeing and economic sustenance to these regions.

NBRS acknowledges First Nations People and respects to Country, we are encouraging a more profound respect for country and fostering reconciliation through authentic partnership with First Nation communities. We are striving to be inclusive of all abilities and be culturally contextual.

NBRS nurtures and encourages professional development and prides itself on its ongoing social responsibility, partnering with Freedom hub and Architects Without Frontiers. We encourage different forms of socialising from our competitive Trivia nights, Wine & Design and invest in health and wellness events.
