After graduating from the University of Sydney in 2002, Melanie went on to work in the UK, Turkey and Australia on a range of childcare facilities, heritage buildings, residential developments and multi-use buildings.
Since joining NBRS in late 2017, Melanie has been working on the expansion of Canterbury and Croydon Public Schools. The projects offer the opportunity to create compelling and progressive modern learning environments which re-imagine how schools can share with the community and how the community can be part of the school.
Melanie has a particular interest in early learning centres and how design can positively influence a child’s development. She has developed a successful working relationship with Integricare on a range of early learning centres supporting quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old.
She is experienced at running projects through all stages to construction and is knowledgeable of software such as REVIT.
