
Mythri has been with NBRS for over ten years and brings extensive experience in the design and delivery of secure environments. She has worked across a range of complex correctional projects, developing a strong understanding of operational requirements, safety standards, and rehabilitation-focused design.
Most recently, Mythri was lead project coordinator for the delivery of the detailed business case for
Queensland Corrective Services, addressing capacity challenges while
maintaining high standards of prisoner amenity and access to rehabilitative
services. Her project experience includes the Dillwynia Women’s Correctional Centre expansion, Burudyara Forensic Rehabilitation Mental Health Unit, and leading the design and delivery of the Multi-Purpose Unit at Goulburn Correctional Centre and the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital Redevelopment project. In
addition, Mythri has contributed to the design of the Frank Baxter Juvenile
Justice Centre and CJS Training Facility and has supported the development of
NSW Justice Standards.
She is recognised for her strong communication skills and her thoughtful, well-informed approach to complex secure environments.
