James is a business strategist at NBRS, where he leads the development of communication strategies and growth opportunities. His focus is on guiding research and building long-term creative partnerships with clients and consultants. Through this collaborative exchange of knowledge and ideas, James helps shape communities and deliver environments that have a lasting, life-changing impact.

With professional experience across the USA, UK, and Australia, James brings a global perspective to strategic planning. Drawing on his Master’s in Business, he has worked across diverse commercial contexts to develop long-term strategies that support sustainable growth and expansion. His strength lies in understanding complex challenges and crafting solutions that lead to meaningful change in how people think, live, and interact with their environments.

James is highly skilled in facilitating public and statutory consultations, managing diverse stakeholder interests, and securing collective decisions and approvals. He works closely with clients to develop thoughtful design briefs that reflect their needs and aspirations.

Recently, James has collaborated with organisations such as the NSW Department of Education, The University of Sydney, and Macquarie University to help realise their strategic and design goals.
