Balmoral House

A place for family to thrive and grow

Scroll down

Located in the northern suburbs of Sydney is Balmoral House, a bespoke representation of easy seaside living for a growing, vibrant family.

A refurbished 1930s bungalow, identified by the elegant shapes, colours and fine details in the custom joinery, furniture and layout, Balmoral House takes ques from the surrounding Balmoral Township including the nearby ‘Boat Shed’ and Bather’s Pavillion.

Refurbish spaces included the addition of the level 1 balcony, ground floor bed 3 addition and lower ground excavation of basement to create the Study, Media Room, Wine Room and Garage. Within, the nautical theme is carried throughout the house by the use of curves, pops of colour and thoughtful finishes.

The spaces are designed with the end user in mind. Clever use of furniture and joinery for storage and a well-designed layout mean a family can move from function to function without disruption.

A place for family to thrive and grow, Balmoral House truly opens itself to flexible, comfortable living in an idyllic Sydney location.
