The project involved the comprehensive redevelopment of Blayney Multipurpose Service (MPS) to address increased demand and align with a contemporary model of care. Included within the project was a full asset replacement and services upgrade to create a modern healing environment for patients and aged-care residents.
Key considerations for the redevelopment included addressing the needs of an ageing population and demand for residential aged care, integrating outpatient care services with HealthOne, combining emergency, acute, and ambulatory care services, and enhancing the overall connectivity of existing services.
NBRS was engaged by NSWHI to provide planning and design services, encompassing masterplanning, feasibility studies, schematic design and design development.
