On Friday, NBRS were treated to morning tea and a presentation by 2022 Envision Program Students, Mikaela and Saanya around their findings on this years topic of 'The Hybrid Workplace'.

Mikaela and Saanya have spent the past 8 weeks diving into the spaces in which we work, specifically those of us with desk jobs, and focusing on the themes of wellness, collaboration and flexibility.

Through their extensive research and design understanding, they have been able to produce concepts of how we create a workplace that is able to be suited to a wide range of work styles and the people within. This includes the concepts of Synergy, Nurture, and Connect. We need to think of emotion and experience, mental wellbeing and connecting through moments of Joy throughout the work day.

We look forward to officially launching the research findings shortly, where we will share the document that looks at the above concepts and how they have been integrated into developing the hybrid workplace of the future. Stay tuned!
